Jury Says Insurer Owes $7 Million From Quake

A Los Angeles Superior Court jury found unanimously that Scottsdale Insurance must pay the Tara Hill Homeowners Association $5.2 million for repairs to its three-story condominium complex damaged by the Northridge Earthquake and $2 million in attorney fees for the bad-faith case.
The homeowners' association was represented by the firm of Quisenberry & Kabateck.
