Abstract:
In a class action, The Quisenberry Law Firm achieved a $6.5 million preliminary settlement in August for 76 employees who weren't paid for the overtime to which they were entitled. Furthermore, the settlement does not include for residuals or a cy pres fund, so the full sum, less fees and costs, will be distributed among the class members.
