SUSAN ABITANTA SPEAKS AT CLASS ACTION FAIRNESS ACT SEMINAR

 

On Wednesday, June 22, 2005, Susan Abitanta will speak at NBI's class action seminar, "A Critical Update on the Class Action Fairness Act in California." Ms. Abitanta, a senior associate specializing in class action litigation, will speak on the benefits and hurdles attorneys face since the passage of the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005. The seminar is offered in two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and has been approved for 3 hours of continuing education credit.
