Carson, et al. v. Brookfield Homes, et al.
Residents in a neighborhood known as Valencia Shutters in Valencia, California purchased single-family homes developed by Brookfield Homes. They allege the developer failed to adequately construct the homes, which has caused problems such as flooding and mold from water accumulation due to an improper design of the foundation, mainly in the garage.
