Cross, et al. v. Maric College, Inc., Modern Technology Industrial College Corp. and Kaplan Higher Education Corp., Inc.
This is a consumer class action involving a group of students who enrolled at Maric College’s Radiologic Technology Program. The complaint alleges Maric College promised the students that at the conclusion of their course that they would meet the requirements to sit for the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) test. At the conclusion of the Radiologic Technology Program, the students learned that Maric College was not accredited by the ARRT and that they were not qualified to sit for the exam. The Quisenberry Law Firm is assisting the students alleging damages for Maric College’s fraudulent promise and unfair business practices.
