Corta Bella Homeowners Ass'n v. Madcore Homes, Inc.
The Corta Bella condominium development suffers from significant construction defects including leaking roofs, water intrusion and mold in some of the units, an underground parking garage that has significant water damage, and showers that were installed incorrectly. The units at Corta Bella had only been occupied for a few months when the first rain occurred, resulting in water intrusion problems. Corta Bella retained The Quisenberry Law Firm to sue the builder and developer of Corta Bella for the funds necessary to correct these defects in the original construction of the condominiums.
