In re: Hemet Dam Project
The Quisenberry Law Firm represented numerous homeowners against several different insurance carriers including Farmers, State Farm, and Allstate for their failure to pay for damages to homes as a result of the construction of a dam in the Hemet area. The construction, which included a series of explosive detonations, caused vibrations which cracked and damaged the homes. The individual carriers refused to compensate the affected homeowners for the resultant damages and the firm helped the homeowners to recoup their insurance benefits.
