Experience:

Mr. Drexler heads the firm's class action practice group, representing plaintiffs in consumer and employee class actions and complex litigation. Currently, many of his clients are workers who were improperly denied their overtime pay, meal and rest breaks.  Mr. Drexler recently settled two class action suits on behalf of Abercrombie & Fitch and Ikea store managers in California.  For almost 20 years, his practice has also focused on business litigation and complex insurance matters ranging from coverage analysis to bad faith litigation and declaratory relief actions. He practices in federal and state trial and appellate courts, and he speaks frequently on Class Actions at seminars and events in California.

Mr. Drexler is admitted to the California and Ohio State Bar Associations, and he is a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the LA County Bar Association Litigation Inn of Court.  He also has been an active volunteer with The Wonder of Reading, an organization providing reading tutors to inner-city elementary children.

Education:

Mr. Drexler received his J.D. in 1983 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he was an Associate (1981-1982) and the Managing Editor (1982-1983) of the Case Western Reserve Law Review.  While in school, he authored articles such as Defective Prosthetic Devices: Strict Tort Liability for the Hospital? 32 Case Western Reserve Law Review 929 (1982).  In 1980, Mr. Drexler received his B.S. in Business Administration (Finance), cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
